Nestled on the high plains at the foot of Pikes Peak, our studio is a quiet place to land when the day has asked too much of you. You don't have to be flexible to walk through the door. You don't have to know the difference between Vinyasa and Hatha, or own the right leggings, or feel calm before you arrive. You just have to show up, breathe, and let the next forty-five minutes belong to your body. Whether you're a first-time student, a curious neighbor, or a long-time practitioner looking for a new home, our Colorado Springs community meets you exactly where you are.
The first thing you'll notice when you step inside is the light. Big south-facing windows catch the Colorado sun, and the studio stays warm without ever feeling sharp. We keep our classes intentionally small, usually capped around twelve students, so our teachers can offer hands-on adjustments, gentle verbal cues, and the kind of quiet attention that helps a beginner feel seen without feeling watched. Props are provided for every body, modifications are offered without singling anyone out, and no question is ever a silly one.
Our class schedule is built around real life. Early risers can flow through a sunrise Vinyasa before the workday begins. Lunchtime Yin and restorative sessions give downtown professionals a pocket of stillness in the middle of the week. Our evening slow flow is a favorite among parents, teachers, and nurses who need to downshift before bedtime. We also offer a dedicated beginner series every six weeks, prenatal yoga for expectant mothers, and a gentle chair practice designed for seniors, folks recovering from injury, or anyone who simply wants a softer landing.
Outside the studio, we are committed to our Colorado Springs community. We partner with local nonprofits for donation-based classes, host free monthly meditation circles in the park, and offer sliding-scale memberships so cost is never a barrier to a regular practice. Our teachers live and work right here in the city, and many of them trained locally, which means they understand what it feels like to breathe deeply at 6,000 feet and to balance a yoga practice with a busy mountain-town life.
If you've been waiting for a sign to try a class, this is it. Your first week is always free, no commitment required. Stop by the studio on North Tejon, peek through the window, and let yourself imagine what a slower morning, a softer afternoon, or an easier evening might actually feel like. We can't wait to meet you on the mat.
