Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Green Yoga Inc ("we", "us") handles information when you visit greenyogainc.com, subscribe to our newsletter, use our contact form, or purchase products and services.

Information we collect

• Contact and account details you provide (name, email, organization, messages).
• Newsletter: email address when you subscribe; we use it only for the list you joined.
• Orders and checkout: details needed to fulfill purchases (shipping, payment handled by our payment provider).
• Technical data: standard server and analytics data (for example IP address, browser type, pages viewed) to run and secure the site.

How we use information

• To respond to inquiries, deliver services, and operate the website.
• To send newsletters you opted into; you can unsubscribe using the link in those emails.
• To improve the site, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

Analytics and session recording

We partner with Microsoft Clarity to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products and services. Website usage data is captured using first and third-party cookies and other tracking technologies to determine the popularity of products/services and online activity. Additionally, we use this information for site optimization and fraud/security purposes. For more information about how Microsoft collects and uses your data, visit the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We also use Google Analytics 4 to measure aggregate site traffic, referral sources, and page-level engagement. GA4 uses first-party cookies and may process IP addresses (anonymized) to provide these measurements. We do not use GA4 for cross-site advertising on this site. Desktop applications

The analytics described above apply to this website only. They are not present in our Microsoft Store desktop applications. Neither application sends us any data.

VarAlign Control Tower

It contains no telemetry, usage analytics, crash reporting, advertising or in-app purchasing, and it requires no account or sign-in. We operate no server that it contacts, and we receive nothing from your use of it.

It reads VarAlign variable registries stored in folders you select yourself. These hold source-code metadata: variable names, file paths and line numbers, value hashes and short previews, and timestamps. Values that looked like secrets were already hidden at the time they were recorded. The application never writes to your repositories.

Everything it imports is stored locally on your own PC in a database file whose location you can change at any time. It can optionally mirror data to a PostgreSQL server that you supply and control; this is disabled by default, we operate no such server, and we have no access to it. Your database password is encrypted on your device using the Windows Data Protection API and is never stored in plain text.

PDF Lite Viewer

It contains no networking code at all: it makes no internet connections, and it has no telemetry, analytics, crash reporting or advertising.

It reads only the PDF documents you choose to open. They are rendered on your device and held in memory only while open. It keeps no list of recently opened documents, writes no settings or history file, and caches nothing. When you print, the document is handed to Windows and the printer you select.

EPUB Lite Reader

It contains no telemetry, analytics, crash reporting or advertising. It blocks external network navigation from within EPUB files and strips any embedded scripts, so opening a file cannot make it contact the internet.

It reads only the EPUB files you choose to open. Your reading position, bookmarks, and settings are stored locally on your device — there is no account, cloud library, or sync, and nothing is uploaded anywhere.

Neither application is directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

Games

We also publish casual games on the Microsoft Store. Progress and settings are saved on your device. Where noted below, games may show advertisements through the Microsoft Store advertising platform or partner ad networks; those providers process data under their own privacy policies. Optional in-app purchases (for example remove-ads) are handled by Microsoft. We do not sell your personal information from gameplay.

Bloom — Zen Match

A candy-crush-style match-3 with zero stress: no timers, no lives, no fail states. Match flowers to grow a garden that permanently blooms as you progress. Includes a lo-fi soundtrack and autosave.

Optional rewarded ads may offer an extra booster. Interstitial ads, if shown, appear at most every third level.

Drift Invaders — Cozy Alien Shooter

A slow, floaty, Galaga-style wave shooter with satisfying screen-clearing chain explosions. Short runs of about two minutes, an auto-fire option, and generous difficulty — destress through destruction. Endless mode is available.

Optional rewarded ads may let you continue after defeat or start a run with double firepower.

Pop Serenity — Bubble Shooter

A classic bubble shooter with a calm aesthetic (sunset palettes, soft pops), daily puzzles, and an undo button as an anti-stress differentiator.

May show interstitial and rewarded advertisements; this title has the highest ad tolerance of our casual set.

Hidden Haven — Find the Cats

A hidden-object game with hand-drawn scenes full of hidden cats (or themed variants). Additional scenes may be offered as downloadable content.

Optional rewarded ads may provide a hint. Art and scene packs are the primary content; progress is stored locally.

Tidy Planet — Merge & Clean Idle

A merge/idle game: merge trash into trees and gadgets to clean up a tiny planet. Progress can continue while you are away.

Optional rewarded ads may offer temporary boosts or instant collect. Idle titles often surface more rewarded ads than our other casual games.

Sunrise Flow — A Yoga Journey

A solitaire-meets-yoga game: each level deals a hand of pose cards; drag them into a flow that follows real vinyasa-style sequencing rules (for example, no standing pose after an inversion; balance poses need grounding first). Complete the flow and a character performs it as the sun rises. Optional breath mode paces card play to an on-screen breathing circle — inhale to pick up, exhale to place.

Monetized softly with light rewarded ads and an optional remove-ads purchase. In-game tips or house ads may link to our yoga classes or blog; your use of those links is covered by this website policy when you leave the game.

Our games are general-audience casual titles. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through them beyond what advertising or platform providers may process under their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers (hosting, email delivery, payment processing, analytics) who act on our instructions, and when required by law.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal requirements, or legitimate business needs (for example order records).
