What You Need
- Mat
- Bolster or pillow
- Blanket
Find a quiet, comfortable space. Place your bolster or pillow lengthwise on your mat. Slowly lower your back onto the support, allowing your arms to fall gently to your sides. Cover yourself with the blanket and close your eyes. Let the sounds of the season — soft music, the quiet of falling snow — wash over you. Stay here for 10 to 20 minutes, breathing naturally and letting go of the year's tensions.
This restorative practice is perfect for the holiday season, when we need to recharge and find stillness amidst the celebrations.
